Chicken (buk, buk) Parmesan

Want an easy chicken parmesan recipe? Your wish is granted.

As far as the chicken goes, take a chicken breast and simply salt and pepper it. (Every dish should always be properly seasoned!) In a separate bowl, mix together Italian-style bread crumbs and grated parmesan cheese. Dredge the chicken through the bread crumb mix. Top with mozzarella cheese and either your own marinara sauce (sorry, no marinara recipe this time around) or a couple of table spoons from a jar.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Bake for 35 minutes.

While the chicken is baking, why not make this simple pasta dish for the side?

In a frying pan, heat olive oil on medium heat. Take one clove of garlic and mince. Put in heated oil. Take two large Roma tomatoes and cut into cubes. Add to the oil and garlic. Add pepper, a pinch of salt and about a tablespoon of sugar.

Once the mixture begins to thicken, turn down the heat and add fresh basil.

Then toss with cooked pasta.

Enjoy with a salad and Italian or garlic bread. Bon appetit!
